The library includes a well-furnished reading room with a quiet, comfortable ambiance, providing an ideal environment for focused study. All users are expected to maintain silence in and around the library to ensure a peaceful learning atmosphere. Readers are responsible for the proper handling of books and library property. Any damage caused must be compensated by replacing the damaged item or, in the case of a multi-volume set, replacing the entire set if one volume is affected.
